Quick DNS Upload

Hi, is there any way to make one of my w2k servers to take all the dns from a primary server and be as a secondary server?

Example:

I have the NS1.nameserver.com Server.

I have just bought the NS2.nameserver.com Server

I want that NS2 to be the secondary server of those domains contained in the DNS registry of NS1, is there a quick way, or script to make NS2 to take the DNS registry of NS1 as secondary?
