Page Not Found Error in Perldesk
Does anyone know how to fix the Page Not Found error me and my clients get when trying to access my help desk? It doesn't happen everytime but only sometimes. When it does happen they way to fix it is to restart internet explorer. However a lot of clients don't know thats how to fix it and think the help desk is down. Anyone know how I can stop the error from happening? I tried disabling /enabling cookies in the admin script but that doesn't work.
