Some please! I'm shokked!

I wanted to run a shoutcast server for 100-150 users. A good friend of mine who is head of a goverment school building told me I can get a 3m x 2m small room with own keys to run a server. He doesn't know anything about computers (exept outlook, word & excel) and told me he would look it up for me.


The info I got is in dutch and this is an translation (It is a totaal 11 pages, but this is a summery):

Now I REALLY don't know what this all means! Do I have acces to 1.2Gb/s?

Somewere else it says 16Mbps Token Ring and on another page they talk about ATM 155 Mbps??!?

Can anyone help me out?

It's a Systimax PDS System (PDSCAT)


They currently use ISDN to go on the Internet! They spend around €100.000,- to install this, but have no buget to work with it.

WOW I'm schokked if I can use max 1.2Gbit! It would be more than greath to have 155Mbps and with 16Mbps I also really happy! Currently I have 3Mbit down and 1Mbit up!


16Mbps = 128Mbit! And even if I can use 10% I would really be happy Some please! I'm shokked!

SO WHAT IS IT? DOES ANYONE KNOW?
