Ok so I turn on safe_mode in PHP and this seems to break phpMyAdmin while trying to login using HTTP authentication mode. I get Service Unavailable and the IIS application pool seems to crash, requiring a re-start. However, if safe_mode is off phpMyAdmin opperates normally. What exactly would be causing this? Anyone Know?
