Recommend: Anti virus software for Enterprise

Anyone recommend an anti virus product for enterprise use? Its going to be used on 5+ PC's. So the product should have a central virus data pattern feature where it automatically updates the workstations from a the server.

Theres a few out there like Norton, Trend, Mcafee etc. What would you recommend? It would be nice to have a response to those who have ACTUALLY used the above 3 or others in a work place.
