what is this problem ?

mySQL error: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/tmp/mysql.sock' (111)

it seems like every now and then, all of my websites that I hosted from my reseller get these problems. YES ALL of the sites that i hosted under reseller acct

do you know what's going on ?? it's irritated what is this problem ?
