Bandwidth quota
Can I set a bandwidth quota for specify part of the server or user?
Cause I will host my site on one server, first part is mainly for download, so I think it won't stress the server resource much, but maybe it will fill up the connection for the second part which contain mainly scripts and SQL transaction.
Do you know how to do this? Maybe I want to set the band width for the download part to 2MBps (Megabyte per second).
