Home web server?

At home I have running win2003 Server on fast internet connection with static IP. I have one website running on IIS and I can access it from everywhere with my IP adress.
Now my questinon. I have registered a domain mydomain.com and I know that I could use it with my web server through ZoneEdit.com. How can I host multiple sites, domains (for my friends) on my home server. Should they all use ZoneEdit.com (for every domain) or can I somehow get dns1.mydomain.com and dns2.mydomain.com to point to my home server and all my friends can than use this DNS names for their domains???
