BSD users: how often do you make world?

The subject says it all: how often do you make world? (on production servers, not at home)

Just another question: is it "easy" to do make world (I mean to keep your server updated) on more than, say, 25 servers?

Is anybody using FreeBSD binary updates in production servers right now?
