installing ODBC stuff

hi,

i have purchased a windows 2003 web edition server from ev1servers.

It seems to come with the ASP scripting already. However, i want to be able to use ODBC stuff. like MS Access and MS SQL.

Can anyone please tell me how i can install these things. Also, how do i go about installing perl and php? JMail, CDONTS etc.

any help would be appreciated.
