What is the best way to move a 20 gig account to another server on the same network??

What is the best way to move a 20 gig account from one server to another server....on the same 100mbps network? I know you are thinking....20 gigs!!! OMG! But I need to move this account to a server with a bigger hard drive.

I know that I can't use anything such as the WHM copy feature, etc.

However, I know there are some FTP programs that allow you to transfer files between servers without having to download the files to your local computer and then having to upload them to the new server.

What do you suggest?
