I've a server, on that there's one user who uses up the resource. That causes Server load go up to 10-15. How can I limit him from using so much resource ? Now what I'm doing is go to WHM and kill all of his processes a few times a day
I've have mySQL, PHP as CGI. CPanel 8 and WHM, root access.
