Why Dual Xeon 2.4 with 1 G ram is Faster than Dual Xeon 2.8 2G ram ??
I have invision board with about 15 000 members and 400 members online everytime . My old server is Dual Xeon 2.4 1 G ram from DV2 . And it very fast , as i see in my forum stats is : [ Script Execution time: 0.01151 ] [ 22 queries used ] .But after i move to my new server , a better one at American Datacenter : Dual Xeon 2.8G with 2G Ram and it look like this server is not strong as my old server . my stats now is : [ Script Execution time: 0.5151 ] [ 22 queries used ] . 2 system are using a same HDD , that is 73G scsi 1000rpm .
Anyone have idea about it ? This is a server config setting or a hardware issue ? ( a httpd.conf in my 2 server is same )
