Issues with Outlook and Receiving mail

I'm having some issues receiving mail from my server. I can recieve mail to all my accounts, but my mail address. A lot of times in Outlook I get things such as; failed to connect, make sure connection or contact your isp, everytime it seems like a new message of why there is an error, to that specific account.

I can receive emails to my webmails account, etc, but not my outlook. I have mailscanner, clamav, logwatch, and apf installed.

Any specific one that may be doing this?
