How block vicious "click robot"?

Hello folks,
Recently, my server encountering lots of vicious clicking. The click robot continuously clicking my website 24/7. It causes IIS crashed. I have to reboot my server each day. That's really a nightmare for me How block vicious

Do you have some good idea to blocking click robot? Appears the robot has hundreds of proxy IPs, so I can't block each IP respectively.

My server is Windows Server 2003 with IIS6
