Managed.com ?

Just to give a try i bought a server from managed.com 3 days back . only reason was Paypal payment and cheaper price but their support sucks. since first day ftpd is down
support couldnot fix it in 3 days and still my ticket is open

i cant do ftp 2 ftp transfer and i cant resume any file as well.

if someone form managed.com is here pls help . EV1 rules. i have one server with them and uptime been 100% and never got any problem and TS replies in few minutes. averagely less than 15 minutes.

anyone to guide me how to fix ftpd myself Managed.com ? or someone willing to help me Managed.com ?
