Improving performance for Mysql
This is an error I dread
My site current gets this now and then and I do believe it may be a bottleneck on the HD. The site gets averages 500 queries a second and peaks at approx 1000 queries (80,000-150,000 an hour).Database server is a Dual Xeon 2.4 w/ 1.5GB Ram / SCSI drive. Along with 2 P4's w/ 1GB Ram / IDE Drive that does webserving and images.
Now when we do start getting these errors the CPU is still 50% free.
Ideas, thoughts, need more info?
