CPanel Setup/WHM Help

I have never setup Cpanel/WHM, ive always use Plesk by choice, but now im trying to switch. Im setting up the Web Host Manager and its asking me for the following.

Server IP: 69.1.65.170
IP Range: 69.1.65.170 -- 69.1.65.179


Primary Resolver
Secondary Resolver
Teritary Resolver
