Question about DNS between WHM/Windows

I have two servers- one running Windows 2003 and the other WHM/cPanel. The Windows 2003 is acting as my DNS and Email Server. Here's what I want to do.

With my registray, I have registered the domain name domain.com and under its nameserver settings, I've set ns1.windows.com and ns2.windows.com

Now what I want to do is set the entries in Windows 2003 DNS where email for the domain.com is left and passed to the email server residing on this machine whereas Web, HTTPS and FTP etc. are all forwarded to the linux machine with WHM/cPanel.

Also, since the Windows machine is running as a DNS server, I dont want the linux machine to act as one either. However, when I try to add an account in WHM, I get an error saying "Please setup a nameserver under Server Setup in WHM"

Can anyone guide me first on the entries I need to setup in Windows DNS server and then allowing WHM to let me create an account without making the server act as a Nameserver.
