pressing f1 ??

i have a server coloed with ventures online and their techs cant figure out why this server asks to have f1 to continue booting. If you reboot the server, the screen says press f1 to continue boot or to boot er whatever but they charge 45 bucks each time you need them to have a server rebooted, so this gets expensive over time.

The last message from the tech says
"Regarding the 'F1' thing, however, I was unable to get the server to do it for me. I rebooted the server 6 or 7 times and couldn't make it give me the message. Let's keep a watch on this, and if it happens again, have the tech that looks at it contact me and/or write down the EXACT message being displayed."


pressing f1 ?? whered this come from ? latest thing that was done was a kernel update in the past week
