EV1Servers GeoTrust QuickSSL

I want to purchase an SSL Cert and it seems hard to go past the EV1Servers GeoTrust QuickSSL special of $US49+Tax.

Are these exactly the same as the GeoTrust QuickSSL that GeoTrust sells for $159. If it is, is there any catch? I mean how can they sell if for $100 less.

A final thing. I assume I can use the Cert on a site that isn't hosted with EV1Servers. Is that right?
