Is anyone using Progeny for RedHat security updates yet?

Greetings:

RE: http://transition.progeny.com/

Is anyone using their services yet?

I've had several email exchanges with Greg Duwe in their sales department; Greg has been polite and responsive in all emails.

There appears to be two major differences between the soon to be gone (at least for RedHat 7.3) RedHat Update Network and Progeny:

1. There is currently no browser tool for the updates. The RHN service currently allows you to point and click on servers, packages, etc, and have the system automated.

The only time you really have to log onto a server is either to reboot the server for a kernel upgrade or refresh the tripwire database.

The Progeny system involves downloading and applying the patches manually.

2. The Progeny service only deals with security updates.

It does not deal with bug fixes or other forms of updates.

https://rhn.redhat.com/network/errat...s.pxt?eid=1931 included a small number of security fixes, and mostly bug fixes.

According to Greg, only the security fixes would be on Progeny.

Thoughts?

Thank you.
