Psybnc with oidentd problem
I have psybnc running on a private server of mine, and I configured it to work with oidentd. I'm using oidentd because many people (like 50) will be using the bouncer on the same network. Without oidentd this would cause everyone to have the same hostname ~bouncername@vhost.com. If someone would get banned from a channel, that would mean everyone else with the bouncer would get banned too. With oidentd, this would usually change into identd_of_user@vhost.com. Now I have installed this all and configured it according to what the manual tells me to, but now all users have the hostname solid@vhost.com - solid is the username of the shell in which psybnc is installed.
Does anyone know how this is caused, and how I can make this work properly, so that it will use identd_of_user@vhost.com?
