IIS MetaBase Backup
Just wondering if anyone has written anything to enable you to backup an IIS metabase, then take the file onto a remote backup, which will then allow you to restore the backup should you have a failure.
Unfortunately, IIS supposedly states that it is not possible to restore a backup on a new server, however, I'm thinking if I do a dump of the IIS MetaBase (by reading it in var by var) to a CSV file, then a script to restore which loads it back into the metabase I guess.
