Cpanel email error
1) The first one is that I have one client with a domain that cannot send to any other email address with domains on the server and also they do not receive emails sent from php scripts on their own site. I cannot think of why this could be
2) The second is that I have one domain where the DNS is handled externally to the server (as well as the having settings on the server). Any mail should go to a different IP address, but I have altered the DNS information both on the server and in the external DNS and any emails originating from the server refuse to go through. Any external emails are working fine. I have looked in the queue and the email is still there and is frozen.
Any suggestions would be gratefully received as we can't seem to figure out what's happening.
