I sent an email to a hotmail address from an account on my server in outlook express and it arrived instantly, then I sent from the same address in Horde to the same hotmail address, in /var/log/exim_mainlog it shows "completed" no errors and it doe snot arrive to hotmail! (at least not as of now about 30 minutes later...)
