Software RAID vs Hardware RIAD ?
Will software IDE RAID 1 perform significantly slower and less stable than hardware IDE RAID 1?
And once there is a drive in software RAID 1 going bad, is it easy to replace?
Also, if I choose to go hardware RAID at a later time, is it easy to transfer from using software RAID to hardware RAID?
