HTTP Error 500 with phpsuexec

It just happens these days (never before), when WHM upgrade *automatically* phpsuexec. I don't know anything, just all web dir (public_html) have been chown to group nobody, chmod to 750, all have been done *automatically* without let me know.

With some account, a "HTTP 500 error" appear. When I chmod public_html to 711 and chown to their account again, for some among them, it works, for some others, there's a 403 forbidden by chance and for the rests, nothing changes. I didn't have any idee to fix these account, except re-create it (happily there're just a few).

Does anyone know about it?

Thanks.

One thing to add: for one of the annoying accounts, after I chmoded and chowned, it was *automatically* chown to nobody HTTP Error 500 with phpsuexec . I've tried to rebuild Apache, but nothing.
