Serious DNS issues with single client
We've made him try half a dozen accounts via domain and he gets 404's on the lot of them, however he can see them all via IP address.
We had him traceroute the IP totally successfully, but if he traceroutes any of our domains, he gets 'Unable to resolve target system'. These are all domains that have been resolved 3 months+.
He's not having any problems with anyone else, I've had him check sites that are on the same network (EV1) and various other places, everyone else is fine.
My guess is that its something at his ISP's end but why our entire server? Why more than 1 domain? Why is he not having problems with ANYBODY else? Why did I get into hosting?
Any help, particularly in proving that its not our fault, would be much appreciated.
On a side note, his ISP is probably one of the biggest in the UK so its not like he has an odd provider.
