Portage on Slackware - And it is about time!

Hey everyone, just encase some of you didn’t already know (and I my self is new to the idea) there is a fantastic method of updating Slackware, like up2date for Red Hat.
I am sure you have all heard of portage for Gentoo Linux, yeah you know that very thing many users move to Gentoo for. Well its viable for Slackware now and apparently works a treat.

I have not used it as I am in the process of re-installing my whole system.
