RedHat 3 Enterprise Apache failing..

In the last few weeks I've notice that I've been getting e-mails from WHM that apache has failed and an automatic restart was attempting. This has almost average to once a day. I never had this problem before. Just when I move to Redhat 3 Enterprise with Apache 1.3.29. The server load is below 1 so the server load isn't causing apache to fail.

Any idea why this is happening? I contacted support at Servermatrix and their support isn't very helpful.

I don't know what the KeepAlive command does or how turning it off will help. I don't even know how to turn off KeepAlive command in SSH.

It's not a major problem but you can't have Apache restarting itself every day.
