Graphics not loading...

It looks like my site's graphics (www.mysite.com/) aren't loading correctly for some users! All they get is an empty index file (up to date) without any graphics showing up...This is weird since it shows up properly when they add the /index.html to my site's url.

www.mysite.com : Index page loads fine, but no graphics.
www.mysite.com/index.html : Everything works fine
