strange Forbidden error on one account only

Additionally, a 302 Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request
Thats the error from this users's / directory. He has a directory called /e107 however all looks normal.
public_html has the correct permissions so too does /e107
Can anyone help?
