hosting behind router

i am trying to setup hosting from my home (just for testing) on my redhat 9.0 box.

Now i am looking into the dns setup, but do i, since i am behind a router, use the internal ip(10.0.0.158) or my outside ip from my router to setup dns(195.231.x.x)

but after setup i only see the local ip when i enter the initial setup of plesk, not my outside ip

select shared ip adresses:
10.0.0.158
-------------


full hostname: server1.domain.com


yes, all ports on the router are opened for this local ip
an di registered 2 ns servers with my domian, pointing to my outside ip adress
