This has really got me worried. I've had atleast 15 different emails from customers saying their cpanel passwords no longer work. Now If it was on just one server, I would consider the machine was hacked, but these 15 accounts have been spread out on all my machines. What worries me, is I'm thinking my outsourced support company is doing this, maybe perhaps some sort of internal conflicts. Is this just a cpanel problem, or should I reconsider who i'm doing business with?
