Windox XP problems..
For some reason I can't drag and drop things on my desktop and I can't drag and drop things in my favorites (for example if I click on an icon on the desktop and drag it to the recycle bin it doesn't work). I have Windows XP home and have all the latest updates. I think this happened when I uninstalled a program I think it uninstalled some .dlls or something. Anyone know how I can fix this? Could I reload XP (would all my files stay intact if I did this)
