Problem with MX Record

My domain has an MX update I set up in WHM to an IP address. It works fine, and everyone is able to email us. However, ONE person cannot email me. When she sends me an email, she gets the following error. Any idea why this occurs?

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

jbondy@abcdomain.com

It appears that the DNS operator for abcdomain.com has installed an invalid MX record with an IP address instead of a domain name on the right hand side.
