Question regarding domain ip forward...

Hi,

One of our resellers is asking the following and I was wondering if anyone had an idea how to proceed?! We're using Cpanel/WHM.
Here's his question:

Someone ask us to set up only a domainname. Off course we are willing to do that. But he wants to host the domainname at his own computer, which off course with his own ip adres. Can you make it possible that when we setup that domainname with our two nameservers that this account can directly be forwarded it to ip adress of that person or his computer. So that we actually do not host that account, just forward it to that new ip adress?
