Reason this error ?

((( HTTP 500 Internal server error )))

this answer my host: ( Dear Customer, as previously mentioned, this means you are making a request while apache is restarting, this is normal. )

But I see this error on my site only Why ?

This error not always maybe display in day twice or 3 maybe in week twice , begin from about 3 months until now
