First of all, I'm sure you find that all the items listed in the thread title don't really go with each other. Maybe you're right, but several members of this board (including myself) have been discussing (lightly and heavily) all these topics in one thread (yup, we kind of managed to tie them up, although abruptly) and decided that this was better to be moved somewhere where more people would be able to join in.
