cant open phpMyAdmin

I currently have 2 hosting accounts with endore who dont seem to give a rats *** about the problems I am having, so Ive had to come looking for answers here.

I can not access my phpMyAdmin.. either by direct linking to it or via my CPanel. It opens a page saying: 'Please wait until permissions are reset' and then redirects me to a page that cannot be displayed.

I am having this problem with two seperate accounts, so I dont know if it is MINE or THEIR problem. Ive had one of my current accounts with them since october, and I registered this new account with them nearly a month ago, and because I hadnt needed the phpmyadmin with my other accounts, I hadnt noticed the problem until now.

I have been with them on other accounts for nearly 2 years, and have accessed phpmyadmin through them, so I know its possible but they may have upgraded since I used it back then.

after waiting nearly a week and a half for support to contact me back, their answer was: it works for us when we access it. GEE THANKS!!.. but it STILL doesnt work for ME and Im the one paying for it! of course the logical thing to do would be to find new hosting with better support.. but I can not wait for the changes to take place right now, especially with their procastination. (so thats a future concern)

Ive cleaned my cache.. Ive played with my security and and privacy levels. Ive tried adding a www Ive tried accessing it via the IP. Ive tried everything I can think of. cant open phpMyAdmin

I want to get this site up already! But it depends ALOT on the DB, so I would REALLY appreciate any advice/help given a.s.a.p.
