Domain parking help

Basicly, the server needs to re-act based on one of two things..

#1. Any domain which resolves to the servers dns that is not a Virtual site
on the server is re-directed to a default page..

#2. We setup a specific set of name servers and then... Any domain which
resolves to this set of name servers is re-directed to a default page...
(We can do Global DNS Updates at the Registry)

What I need is the exact same thing as Every registry uses for parked domains...

I am using redhat 9 with ensim 3.5.20-26.
