Problems with Horde webmail

We recently upgraded to php 4.3.4 from 4.2. After the upgrade, IMP Horde webmail is giving me this error each time I try to read an emailProblems with Horde webmail

Problems with Horde webmail

Does anyone know how we can fix this error? I can read emails and receive them, but it's now allow me to send emails.
