Cpanel: subdomain not working properly

Hi all, please help me!

In Cpanel I create 3 subdomains: sub1.mydomain.com, sub2.mydomain.com and sub3.mydomain.com

When I type sub1/2.mydomain.com or www.sub1/2.mydomain.com in web address, they all work well

But for sub3.mydomain.com, I have problem: sub3.mydomain.com works OK , but www.sub3.mydomain.com does not work .

Please help me to fix this.
