Do I need a new hard drive?

I just got the daily LogWatch e-mail for my server, and it says the following.

Earlier my server was being very slow until I deleted a temporary directory that had a lot of state data in it (which was probably located in the bad sector referenced below).

Do I need a new hard drive? Or is it just two bad sectors that the operating system won't use anymore?
