spammer on my server
what do I do.
obviously disable his account - but what about legal action - I certainly wouldn't mind making an example of out this guy!
And yes - I know it's him and not someone hacked into his account. Saw the nature of the email in the cPanel mail queue and it's directely related to his domain/business?
speaking of - both his account's domains forward to an off-server website.
who do I contact and how can I nail this one?
