cgiwrap how to install
Cgiwrap is not installed on my website host's servers. They told me to install it myself. However, the documentation says I need to be logged in as root to install it. This is a shared hosting account with a touch of virtual personal server (westhost.com). I don't have root access.
Should I expect them to install it (it seems like it's a fairly crucial program)?
