Linux 73Gb SCSI 10kRPM performance
I just placeorder the SM hosting package:
p4 2.8
1.5GB ram
2 x 73GB 10000RPM SCSI
I going to run apache + mysql +perl
I plan to install mysql on SCSI 2, for better performance
how m i going to partiton the SCSI 1 and SCSI 2 ?
will the 73GB is too large, and effect the disk performance?
which filesystem is better, ext3 or ext2 ?
I used to do the disk read/write testing, ext2 seem is faster than ext3.
