Hi FreeBSD guru FreeBSD 4.9 Native Mozilla Flash

I am getting lots of annoying popup boxes while browsing this forum due to flash banners FreeBSD 4.9 Native Mozilla Flash

I have tried to install flash plugin from port at /usr/ports/www/flashplugin-mozilla but after installed it crashed sometimes FreeBSD 4.9 Native Mozilla Flash
I have to kill mozilla then restart it or else it will just hang there like forever sometimes FreeBSD 4.9 Native Mozilla Flash

I am using FreeBSD 4.9 RELEASE. So any kind souls know how can I resove this issue? Or I have to use linux-mozilla FreeBSD 4.9 Native Mozilla Flash
