Problem with Russian character encoding.
I am trying to use the .htaccess directive
CharsetSourceEnc, but for some reason apache gives this error:
/hsphere/local/home/sultan/chat.esoligorsk.net/.htaccess: Invalid command 'CharsetSourceEnc', perhaps mis-spelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration
Anyone that knows how this can be fixed?
